Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling Shipping globally. We are based in the UK, so UK orders can be sent first class, second class, or by courier. To all other destinations in the EU, we can send out on a two day service or a next day service. Worldwide, we send overseas but cannot guarantee the time taken, as this is dependant upon the postal service operated in each country.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your as soon as possible. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days but this can sometimes be a bit longer during busy periods e.g. Christmas . International orders are generally received in under 5 to 7 days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. This means that no-one can see or capture your credit card number and use it fraudulently.
Guarantee All of our produces are shipped in excellant condition, the operating temperatures within delivery vehicles is beyond our control.

Returns Policy We want you to be 100% guaranteed with your purchase from sweetstall.com. We do our best to ensure that the products you order are despatched within 24 hours, and that the products ordered are in excellent condition when they leave our premises.

If for some reason you cancel your order and it is not our fault, we will happily refund your payment to you but we will keep 5%, as we would have incurred payment charges when the order was placed and incur charges when we issue a refund.

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you are able to return it to us in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Due to the nature of chocolate and certain sweets, it is beyond our control to be able to guarantee that the sweets will not be transported in excess heat/cold and thus we can only guarantee the condition of the sweets when they leave our premises.

POSTAGE COSTS: Depending on the weight of your goods purchased, you can have your order posted by 1st or 2nd class post (recorded if you wish) or by courier for £5.50 plus Vat. Non U.K. customers have their own prices, again priced appropriately depending on the weight of their goods. Once you're in the checkout section you can view the postal prices/options for your order.
